Set at an altitude of 1496 metres, Hotel Lago di Braies provides a free ski bus to the Plan de Corones and Monte Elmo ski slopes 30 km away. This family-run hotel features a bar and restaurant that serves local specialities at lunch. There are 5 bikes available to rent for free and free permits for fishing in the lake. Regarding the hotel's long history and for the sake of preserving the hote's atmosphere, the owners, although aware of the changing times, kindly invite guests to dress in a way that is comfortable for them but also respectful of others and the values expressed above.
