Majatalo Mahamudra Buddhist Centre

Located in Colville, Mahamudra Buddhist Center is a peaceful retreat offering public talks, courses, prayers and other activities to provide the tools to develop a happy and positive mind. The property offers an alcohol and tobacco-free stay, where guests are asked to follow ethical guidelines to help create a safe, calm and spiritual environment. There is a variety of accommodation on offer from self-contained cabins, single rooms with shared facilities, dorm rooms and camping sites. Coromandel Town is 30 minutes drive from the centre, while Whitianga is approximately 45 minutes away. Auckland Airport is 2 hours drive from the property.
